I have admired this mans courage, tenacity and humility, from a far, for a long time. On this occasion, I admired Mark up close and personal at Who Dares Gyms in Poole. Thanks to David & Lynn Coleman from DAL Productions, who Mark and I are both working with on our respective projects.
